Questions
Will trimming reduce the quality?
No. Fast mode copies the original video data, so the quality is identical. Frame-exact mode re-encodes at high quality for cuts that land on an exact frame.
Why does my fast cut start slightly earlier?
Fast mode has to start on a key frame. If you need the cut on an exact frame, switch to frame-exact mode.
Is my video uploaded anywhere?
No. VidiTool processes everything inside your browser on your own device. Your files are never sent to a server, so they stay private and there is no upload wait.
Is it free? Is there a watermark?
