Your files

VidiTool processes your videos, audio and images entirely inside your web browser on your own device. Your files are not uploaded to our servers or anyone else’s, and we cannot see them.

Information stored on your device

We save a few preferences in your browser’s local storage, such as your theme and caption style. When you move a file from one tool to another, it is kept briefly in your browser’s storage and deleted when it is opened. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings.

Advertising

VidiTool is free because it shows ads. Ads are provided by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can learn how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and turn off personalised ads at adssettings.google.com. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to count page visits and see which tools are popular. This never includes the contents of your files.

Children

VidiTool is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
